Join guest instructor Beth Rodgers for a special 60-minute Bikram yoga class on the front porch of the Edwardian Inn! The Bikram method is a 26 posture sequence done in a heated environment that systematically warms and stretches muscles, ligaments, and tendons, and is formulated to regenerate tissue, resolve chronic ailments, and energize the body and mind.
