Join us for a 60 minute Bikram yoga sequence with Beth Rodgers out on the patio at Uncle Henry’s. The Bikram method is a 26 posture sequence done that systematically warms and stretches muscles, ligaments, and tendons, and is formulated to regenerate tissue, resolve chronic ailments, and energize the body and mind.
