Join us for an energizing Sunday vinyasa flow class outside at Uncle Henry’s patio on Moon Lake. Class components includes breath work, standing/seated postures, and flow sequences. Class ends with savasana and a lavender towel, leaving your refreshed and relaxed. Uncle Henry’s bar will be open for cocktails afterwards! Mats/towels provided. All levels welcome Sign-up here!
