Join us for an energizing HEATED flow class on Saturday morning in Helena, AR. HEATED flow classes have all the components of a regular flow class (breath work, flow sequences, seated and standing postures) + the added benefits of an 80-85 degree heated environment. The heated room increases physical stamina, mental focus, and can help practitioners go deeper in postures. Class ends with savasana and a COOL lavender towel, leaving your refreshed and relaxed.
