Join us for a special pop-up class: Yoga for Stress Relief. Whether you’re an educator running on fumes, a busy professional, a tired mom, or already exhausted from the holiday bustle, this class is for you! Jackie Dean will guide you through breathing exercises, gentle yoga poses, and mindfulness techniques meant to relieve stress. No yoga experience necessary, and mats will be available. This class is donation-based - no set fee is required. Participants are encouraged to bring a small blanket.
