Nurture your physical and mental health in our Relax & Reset class. This slower-paced sequence focuses on breathing exercises and gentle yoga poses meant to relax your mind, body, and spirit. Participants will hold each pose for 5-10 breaths, utilizing props to aid in comfort and alignment. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Mats and props provided.
